1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Sakuraflow website and application operated by Sakuraflow UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G. (“we”).
2. Contracting party and contact

3. Service description
Sakuraflow provides digital learning features and content to support studying Japanese. Features and availability may evolve; you are entitled to specific functionality only where expressly agreed (e.g. under a purchased plan).
4. Registration and account
Parts of the service may require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or breach of these terms.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Paid offerings are processed via Stripe. The prices and conditions shown at checkout apply, along with the payment provider's terms where relevant.
6. Statutory withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer under applicable law, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal where the legal requirements are met. Please refer to any withdrawal information provided during checkout, where applicable.
7. License
Sakuraflow content is protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable license for private use within the scope of your access. Redistribution, public sharing, or commercial use without consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. This does not apply in cases of fraud or assumed guarantees.
9. Changes
We may update these terms for material reasons (e.g. legal changes, product evolution). We will inform you of material changes as required by law or contract.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected where applicable.
